Belarus: Export and import of corn in January - May 2020 (FCS)

According to the Federal Customs Service of Belarus, conducted by Zerno.ru, in May 2020 Belarus has imported 14.2 thousand tons of corn. According to the results of 5 months of corn import campaign, Belarus has shipped in 91.9 thousand tons (in 2019 - 146.8 thousand MT; in 2018 - 87.9 thousand MT).
In the period January - May 2020, the main countries exporters of corn to Belarus were UKRAINE (71.63%) and RUSSIA (18.66%).

In May 2020 Belarus has exported 1.1 thousand tons of corn. According to the results of 5 months of corn export campaign, Belarus has shipped out 3.1 thousand tons (in 2019 - 0.0 thousand MT; in 2018 - 3.4 thousand MT).
In the period January - May 2020, the main countries importers of corn from Belarus were LITHUANIA (64.71%) and LATVIA (33.93%).
