Export and import of soybean in January - September 2017 (FCS)

According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Zerno.ru, in September 2017 Russia has imported 129.4 thousand tons of soybean (HS code 0). According to the results of 9 months of soybean import campaign, Russia has shipped in 1599.6 thousand tons (in 2016 - 1688.9 thousand MT; in 2015 - 1561.6 thousand MT).
In the period January - September 2017, the main countries exporters of soybean to Russia were BRAZIL (61.73%) and PARAGUAY (29.82%).

In September 2017 Russia has exported 30.3 thousand tons of soybean. According to the results of 9 months of soybean export campaign, Russia has shipped out 299.6 thousand tons (in 2016 - 317.7 thousand MT; in 2015 - 252.7 thousand MT).
In the period January - September 2017, the main countries importers of soybean from Russia were CHINA (83.72%) and AZERBAIJAN (5.49%).
