Ukraine: Import and export for January-March 2021

According to the analysis of data by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for January-March 2021, conducted by Zerno.Ru:

import of wheat and meslin (HS code 1001) has made 11180 MT (15528.0% compared to the same period in 2020), export - 1914356 MT (66.0% compared to the same period in 2020). For March 2021 import of wheat and meslin has made 3578 MT, export - 697101 MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Belarus (97.2%), Germany (1.4%), Czech Republic (1.1%), Other countries (0.4%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Egypt (34.1%), Bangladesh (8.4%), Pakistan (7.7%), Other countries (49.8%).
Import of barley (HS code 1003) has made 31903 MT (22952.0% compared to the same period in 2020), export - 312359 MT (52.0% compared to the same period in 2020). For March 2021 import of barley has made 4415 MT, export - 131244 MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Russian Federation (89.9%), Belarus (7.0%), Czech Republic (1.7%), Other countries (1.3%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: China (92.9%), Lebanon (2.5%), Israel (1.6%), Other countries (3.0%).
