Ukraine: Import and export for January-April 2020

According to the analysis of data by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for January-April 2020, conducted by Zerno.Ru:

import of wheat and meslin (HS code 1001) has made 84 MT (22.0% compared to the same period in 2019), export - 4115645 MT (108.0% compared to the same period in 2019). For April 2020 import of wheat and meslin has made 12 MT, export - 1200401 MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Germany (74.7%), Czech Republic (16.5%), Romania (3.8%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Egypt (33.5%), Turkey (8.7%), Tunisia (8.4%).
Import of corn (HS code 1005) has made 18825 MT (78.0% compared to the same period in 2019), export - 14618340 MT (100.0% compared to the same period in 2019). For April 2020 import of corn has made 1574 MT, export - 3088989 MT.
